I came to see Karen because I knew my eating habits had become unhealthy, I was gaining weight, suffered from bloating, felt stressed, had sleep issues and was perimenopausal. I also did no exercise.
My favourite part of the programme was cooking new healthy desserts with my daughters and trying main meal recipes that were suitable for all the family. I also benefited from the encouragement to put exercise in place and met with new people.
I would recommend Karen for her knowledge and for the time she spends looking at her client’s needs. She’s be able to answer their questions and to enhance the quality of their lives with the help she gives. She helped me to establish better healthy eating habits and new exercise habits.
