A Little About Me

Karen Harker MSc, PGDip, BSc (Hons), Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. Member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT). Registered with The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Having navigated my own health challenges, including hyperthyroidism, Graves’ disease, and later endometrial cancer, I understand first-hand how overwhelming it can feel when your body is out of balance.

These experiences deepened my commitment to helping others. I now use my training and ten years of experience to empower clients to make lasting, sustainable changes not just in their diet, but in how they live and care for themselves every day.
